Mr. Gerren Collymore ensures the effective development implementation and maintenance of Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute’s (THTI) Quality Management System (QMS). This is in accordance with, the organization’s strategic plan, national and international accepted standards, relevant to the Tourism, Hospitality and the Tertiary Education Sectors.

One of the key roles of the Quality Department is to advise management on quality related matters. This is to ensure that the quality is strategically important and inherently built into our systems and processes, in order to meet and exceed our student’s requirements.

Mr. Collymore graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management Studies, and a minor in International Relations from the University of the West Indies (UWI) St. Augustine.
He later attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Bradford School of Management in the United Kingdom.

Gerren’s passion for quality has extended to him, by obtaining multiple quality certifications: - CQPA, CSSGB, CQQA, from the American Society of Quality (ASQ).
